GiveToLocal Partners With Hockey Wales
GiveToLocal is proud to announce our latest official National Partnership and our first in hockey with Hockey Wales.
The result of this collaboration means that we will now be offering their proven and successful fundraising model and support for all of Hockey Wales community clubs and volunteers.
This very positive development further cements the approach of GiveToLocal - ensuring the support that is offered to clubs is done in full collaboration with the governing bodies in the sports we have set out to support.
Tom Little, Director of Operations at Hockey Wales said, “Hockey in Wales is in an optimistic but challenging position as we move forward from the coronavirus pandemic. Clubs are working incredibly hard to offer as much hockey as possible and raise funds wherever they can to support their activities. We are therefore delighted to be working with GiveToLocal as they offer a unique fundraising model that offers our clubs a great opportunity to develop sustainable income by becoming even more connected with their local communities.
“What is also fantastic for our clubs is that GiveToLocal don’t charge any platform, set up or ongoing fees and guarantee 100% of all donations go to the club. Working together I know we can make a significant, positive and lasting difference for Hockey in Wales”.
GiveToLocal’s service will be made available in partnership to all clubs affiliated to Hockey Wales and will encourage individuals to support their local community hockey club from as little as £3 per month and businesses from £10 a month. Everyone can contribute and everyone benefits.
